Back in the spring of 2015, I signed up for a 2-year contract for web development and blog ghostwriting with FindLaw Canada (a Thomson Reuters Business). While I didn’t renew when the contract ran out this past spring, it had nothing to do with the quality of the work of the fine folks at FindLaw. Their page development forms the basis for this re-launched site, and their blog entries are all still here.
The reason I didn’t renew is that frankly, I did not see the return on investment for the cost, versus the business that came in as a result of the web site and the blog. However, there was some value in having the site, so here it is re-launched as a Managed WordPress site hosted by GoDaddy.ca.
I am excited to re-launch the web site and start up the blog again. Over the coming weeks, there will be an awesome amount of work to do. Some of the links in the older blog entries need to be edited for functionality. The Frequently Asked Questions page needs to be built. And I will be adding a page with a collection a links which would be useful to my criminal and family law clients.
